She is 64 years old but she looks 40 years old: She revealed the secret of her youth

Harrah Brown, 64, regularly posts on social media about her quest to stay “beautiful, fit and confident at any age” and amazes viewers with her videos.

Saying that he only started working out at the age of 61, Brown explains how he managed to stay in shape and look so young despite his age.

He says he sticks to one dietary rule. Saying that he applies the 90/10 rule, Harrah says, “When I eat at home, I choose 90 percent nutrient-dense foods, and when I eat out, I consume 10 percent fun foods that I enjoy.”

Harrah, who said that by sticking to this plan, he also lost the belly fat that would not go away, said that he now feels “slimmer and stronger“.

FOODS THAT HELP YOU STAY YOUNG

BLUEBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES

According to many studies, nuts are among the healthiest foods you can eat.

“On average, people who eat more fruit seem to live slightly longer,” said nutrition professor Eric Rimm.

Rimm suggested that a good guideline is to eat one cup of fresh fruit a day when it’s in season, but most experts say frozen fruit can also be consumed.

OLIVE OIL

A cornerstone of the Mediterranean Diet, a 2023 study showed that olive oil could “eliminate belly fat caused by aging,” the kind Brown herself battles. Olive oil is also associated with heart health and longevity.

ALMOND MILK, PISTACHIO AND NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

Nuts such as pistachios, another staple Brown consumes, have been shown to increase attractiveness. A recent study showed that eating certain nuts may also help reduce belly fat. Experts say a diet containing nuts is healthy, citing their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help slow the aging process.

SALMON

Brown told fans that he likes to eat fish for dinner as a source of protein. Many studies have found that consuming two fish a week reduces the risk of death. Dietitian Johanna Angman said fatty fish are also full of antioxidants that can help improve your appearance by slowing down the signs of aging.

Cucumber, Lettuce, Cabbage and Coriander

Greenery plays a big role in Brown’s effort to look youthful; cucumber, lettuce, cabbage and coriander to name a few. Three servings of vegetables a day may contribute to longevity, according to research from the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. Brown says he also likes yogurt because of its high protein content.
