Do you know? What happens if you wake up at 6 am every day?

If you constantly don’t get enough sleep or if you don’t sleep well and wake up early, some very disturbing side effects may occur.

It’s a common misconception that we need eight ‘magic’ hours of sleep, but that’s not the case, says James Leinhardt, an expert on the subject, according to Metro.co.uk.

“Eight hours is unrealistic for most people… not even one in five people get eight hours of sleep. “The most important thing we need to focus on is the quality of sleep, not the quantity,” says Leinhardt.

“If you’re getting a good night’s sleep, it doesn’t matter if you wake up at 6 a.m. or get the full eight hours of sleep each night,” he emphasized.

But if you constantly sleep less, have poor quality sleep and wake up at 6 am every day, your body will quickly get tired.
