Xander took Sarah to Mickey’s gravestone. He said their love started with a lie. He told her that she was stupid and hid the truth from him. He promised he wouldn’t do this anymore. He knew that when he switched babies, he stole the chance to mourn her. He said he will have a chance to mourn the loss of his child.

Sarah looked at the headstone and noticed the fresh flowers. He couldn’t believe he had forgotten Mickey was gone. He thought the flowers came from his mother. Xander confirmed that the flowers were from Maggie. He said he left the roses to Mickey. He said that after they forgave him, they brought roses there every day. He was impressed by her answer. He said he loved her too. He said that as far as he was concerned, he was his child. She started crying and thanked him for remembering her. He said Mickey forgave him, but he didn’t think he could do it.
