Allen Ray McGrew’s cause of death has been revealed!
Allen Ray McGrew, 41, from South Carolina, died when he placed a firework on his head and ignited it during the 4th of July celebrations. McGrew was recorded by his wife dancing in an Uncle Sam costume at a neighborhood party. McGrew, who was reportedly drunk, placed the firework on his hat to show off. Police arrived at the scene after the explosion and found McGrew dead in the middle of the road.

McGrew was recorded by his wife, Paige, dancing in an Uncle Sam costume at a neighborhood party in Summerville. Witnesses stated that McGrew was drunk and placed the firecracker on his hat to show off.
FOUND DEAD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD
Police arrived at the scene after the explosion and found McGrew dead in the middle of the road. The local coroner declared that the explosion caused a massive head injury, causing instant death. Paige stated that her husband works hard and has a lot of fun and loves this holiday. “Allen loved this holiday. He was a patriot, proud of his son, and very excited to be reunited with his new bride.”
McGrew was planning to go out drinking to celebrate his son’s engagement, and on the occasion he wore a new Uncle Sam costume. Neighbors described him as a kind person who was always willing to help. The case is being investigated by the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office and the Medical Examiner’s Office.
