24-year-old Austin Willette died in a motorcycle accident!

In one sad event, 24-year-old Austin Willette of Methuen, MA, was flown to a hospital in Boston after an accident that occurred around 6:30 PM. The accident came to light when officers intervened in the report of a multi-vehicle collision, which included a motorcycle.

An investigation by the Salem Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit revealed a number of incidents. Sara Grams, 30, a Haverhill, MA resident, was behind the wheel of a 2018 Jeep heading east. Tragically, he dared to cross the double yellow line and enter the westbound traffic lane. The unfortunate result was a collision with a 2012 Toyota driven by Lawrence Goddard, 65, of Salem.
